Strange problem with ticket renewal

Ticket obtained with -r is always having "renew until" same in one
second as "Valid starting". No matter what I do with options in kadmin
or conf lines in kdc.conf or krb5.conf.

Does realy nobody knows what is a problem? Or the problem is so
trivial that nobody is answering to my stupid question?
