Need to generate Amanda SERVER_HOST_KEY_FILE

I am attempting to build a Kerberized (V4) Amanda server (Amanda
2.4.2p2) on NetBSD1.2.1_alpha.

Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place or I'm dense or something,
but I can't seem to find how to generate the SERVER_HOST_KEY_FILE file
that Amanda wants.  I know from a previous server that the file is
generally called amanda.srvtab and it is NOT the srvtab that is
/etc/kerberosIV/srvtab

Any clue-by-fours gratefully accepted.
