Help unsubscribing

I am going on vacation and would like to suspend my emails, or
temporarily unsubscribe from the list.  However, I cannot currently get
to web.mit.edu or mailman.mit.edu for instructions.

Could someone give me instructions on how to suspend or unsubscribe from
the list?
