Converting GSS Token to Kerberos AP_REQ

Dear all

Using some information posted by Microsoft recently, I have successfully
extracted a Kerberos Token from a SPNEGO message.  Unfortunately, the code I
want to integrate this with needs a Kerberos AP_REQ.  Does anyone know of a
way of converting from a GSS Token to an AP_REQ message?
