Jaguar Kerberos LoginAuthenticator?

All of the docs that I've found on enabling Kerberos authentication in OSX
tell you to enable the Kerberos.loginAuthenticator AuthenticatorBundle
(for example:
http://web.mit.edu/macdev/Development/MITKerberos/LoginAuthenticator/Documentation/using.html)

However in Jaguar,
/System/Library/Authenticators/Kerberos.loginAuthenticator no longer
exists.  Is there another way to get the loginwindow to perform
authentication through Krb5 and acquire TGTs?
