That's because Hummingbird doesn't forward tickets.  I asked for that
feature to be added but they replied that it wasn't going to happen.
Switch to Reflection, which has its own quirks, but at least allows you to
do this.

(Note that this information is about three months old now; I'd be glad to
learn that Hummingbird now somehow allows you to forward tickets...)
