No, but you can grab 1.2.4 from
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/k/krb5.


Hmm.  I see I didn't update the pgp signature when I started using
1.2.4.  You should probably ask for someone to give you a copy of the
1.2.4 PGP signature and verify it against the Debian archives.
