[Kdc-info] kdc info model status

This list has been kind of idle since about November.  At that point, a 
-00 draft had come out, with several sections marked as needing to be 
filled in later, and a few comments were discussed on the list.  Since 
the discussion seems to have stalled, can we get an -01 draft soon that 
addresses those comments, and perhaps fills in some of the other 
sections?
