[Image-tools] Next meeting of the Image Tools SIG - Tuesday, Feb 20

It is impossible for me or my team to make a Tuesday afternoon meeting. 
I'm not sure who else is involved, but I'm pretty sure that my ISDA team 
has a lot of stake in the outcome.
