[ietf-enroll] next steps?

hi all, 

the mailing list hasn't been very active recently. 
what should we do next? 

we currently have two ietf drafts that aim to describe the problem scope a
bit. the content of these two drafts give me the impression that there is a
lot of work that can be done (and would in fact be quite useful).

there are two basic questions:

a) how do we get forward with the existing documents? do the chairs have a
particular opinion on this issue? 

b) what happens after "solving" (a)?
