Greetings again. We are meeting next Tuesday for an hour, starting at 
1700. The agenda is:

- Agenda bashing (short)
- draft-pritikin-ttimodel
- Where do we go from here?
- Revision of our milestones (mandatory)

Please be sure to read the draft at

before the meeting, maybe on the way there. We really need to figure 
out if we're fairly happy with this as a model and, if so, how we 
proceed.
