[ietf-enroll] BOF Meeting

I've got the same cost issues; but hopefully I'll be able to work them
out. (My management chain is out of the office for the next week so I'm
stalled on it). I hope cost doesn't hurt attendance too much.

I too will put together some slides and documents regardless.
