I have submitted new SSPP drafts

draft-moskowitz-shared-secret-provprotocol-01.txt

There was a DOS attack becuase I was not checking for Nonce replay.

draft-moskowitz-sspp-snmp-00.txt

SSPP over SNMP.  It has some review by SNMP-centric people.  May need some 
more work.

RADIUS Client Kickstart using SSPP-SNMP
IAPP Kickstart using SSPP-SNMP
User Secrets using SSPP-HTTP
