[Idd-prod-notice] IDD Test and Production Maintenance Schedules

Kevin,

If IDD environments are the servers on which the NIMBUS application or 
data is housed, then *this schedule is NOT POSSIBLE for the production 
server*. The budget submission deadline is Feb 28. It is the most bussy 
day of the year for the application, so the the following week to week 
and a half  because people generally do not finished there submissions 
on time. By March 14th the Budget submission should be done.
