[I-mobile-u] Call for Proposals for Two Upcoming Conferences

Their are two upcoming conferences that are currently looking for
proposals. If you want to feature some work you've done in mobile
these make for two good opportunities.

The first is the national HighEdWeb conference in October. It's being
held in Milwaukee. Not the greatest spot for October but it's a good
crowd ;) The deadline for submission for proposals is April 21st. You
can submit ideas for a poster session or a 45 minute talk. Learn more:

The second is a regional HighEdWeb conference in July. It's being held
in Little Rock, Arkansas. It's cheaper than the national conference
and has a cozier feel. The deadline for submission of proposals is
April 20th. If you've never spoken before but have something to share

I'm definitely going to the LR conference as I'll be presenting a
