[I-mobile-u] Register and Bill Payment

At the University of Toledo we are presently in the process of determining our mobile application strategy for our current students.  We are evaluating different technologies and trying to figure out what functionalities would benefit our students the most.  We feel the ability to register for classes and make bill payments are the greatest benefits to our current students.  I am curious if any of you have incorporated these functionalities into your mobile applications, or are looking to incorporate these tasks in the future.  If you have, could you please tell me your ERP and what technology, framework or outside agency you used?  We are a Banner institution and have been looking at Sungard’s Mobile Connection (rhodes&grails) in addition to Kurogo.
