[I-mobile-u] Two Mobile-related Higher Ed Surveys

Figured folks here might be interested in these two items...

Karine Joly of Higher Ed Analytics is running a survey entitled, "The
State of the Mobile Web in Higher Education (2011)". The goal of this
survey is to assess how colleges and universities respond to the needs
of the increasing population of mobile device owners. You can take the
survey whether or not your institution has a mobile solution - as she
is trying to evaluate the current state for higher education as a
whole - and not just for early adopters.

A survey that's related is my own review of the technical details
behind higher ed mobile websites based on sites found in my higher ed
mobile directory. It's definitely not perfect but I think it does do a
halfway decent job of providing a snapshot of the
technical/implementation aspects of higher ed mobile websites at the
moment.
