Greetings!

I hope this email finds you well.

Harvard University just launched the Harvard Mobile Web and Harvard iPhone app with Modo Labs' assistance. (see article below) I am happy to report that Harvard also has committed to the open source initiative through iMobileU.

Our open source community has continued to grow and recently added Bucknell University, University of Delaware, William and Mary, Saint Louis University, and now Harvard to the list of schools that are using the MIT Mobile Framework. I believe that this growing community will benefit all members as we can leverage the collective improvements.

Some notable new features for Harvard include federated search and campus dining. We're still putting a few finishing touches, but we expect to have the Harvard code publicly available on GitHub very soon.

Thank you again for your continuing support.

Cheers,

Andrew

"Access Harvard on mobile device"
Members of the Harvard community will soon have everything they need to know about the University in the palms of their hands. Harvard has launched a strategic mobile initiative to package content from across the University for display on handheld devices.
