[I-mobile-u] iMobileU Site: Existing Framework Users

Dave:

We certainly want to respect every institution's wishes and want to make things as clear as possible. Our intention was to showcase sites that were based on the framework, but I agree that it would be confusing to those people unfamiliar with the history of the project. I have changed the title of the sidebar to "Participating Institutions". I don't necessarily want the list to imply that they are using the framework, but that they have, in some way, participated in the evolution of the framework as users, developers or both. And are also participating in the evolution of mobility in higher education.

As much as we want to promote the framework, iMobileU is also about advancing knowledge for creating mobile sites and applications for higher education. We don't want this to be a community of only people who have used the framework. I think everyone has something to learn and share. I hope the site can foster that environment as it grows.

I hope that as many people can join the call today to discuss this. I believe it is a great topic to ensure that our community is not just about sharing code, but also sharing knowledge, experience and ideas. 

And certainly if anyone wishes to be off the list, we would remove you without question. Feel free to contact me directly or imobileu at modolabs.com
