On the transit side, you might also want to check out OneBusAway.com<http://OneBusAway.com>. This is a University of Washington project in conjunction with transit and other agencies. It currently provides, iPhone, web, mobile web, sms and phone based transit info.

Lance and I forgot to mention this on the call today, but the University of Iowa is close to signing up with NextBUS (the same folks MIT use) for transit tracking. In addition to the University, we have also engaged the other two transit agencies in the area, Iowa City and Coralville, and will be moving forward with all three agencies at the same time.
