[HoTT-reading-group] Reminder: Doodle Poll closes this Thursday

Ah, I had forgotten about that.  Thanks.  If there are ties, I'll favor the
time that doesn't overlap with the topology seminar.  (So if you plan on
attending the topology seminar, you should mark "no" for the times that
overlap with it.  If you need me to edit your response, email me and I can
do that.)

Currently, the preferred time is Tuesday 4-5.
