We are pleased to share the call for applications for a postdoctoral researcher position within the Millennium Nucleus for Research on the Production and Use of State Data on Severe Human Rights Violations – DATA JUSTA (NCS2024_069), led by researchers Oriana Bernasconi and Elizabeth Lira.



DATA JUSTA is an interdisciplinary initiative in the social sciences that explores how the State generates and uses data on serious human rights violations, and the impact of these processes on public policy, justice, and victim reparation.



The call is aimed at researchers holding a PhD in fields such as data visualization, design, communication, digital humanities, visual anthropology, or other related disciplines, with a strong interest in data justice and the public communication of knowledge. The postdoctoral researcher is expected to develop and implement a project for DATA JUSTA visualization and/or communication of data.



The position is set to begin in September 2025 and will last for 18 months.
