Given your research in the history of technology, aviation, or aerospace, you may be interested in the AHA’S 2019-20 Fellowships in Aerospace History<https://historians.us7.list-manage.com/track/click?u=136cb7faf16c63b12bc8e8c38&id=8a78c7e930&e=8b389828e6>, supported by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

The $21,250 annual stipend funds one or more research projects from six to nine months. Proposals of advanced research in history related to all aspects of aerospace, from the earliest human interest in flight to the present, are eligible, including cultural and intellectual history, economic history, history of law and public policy, and history of science, engineering, and management.

The fellowships are open to applicants who hold a doctoral degree in history or a closely related field, or who are enrolled in and have completed all coursework for a doctoral degree-granting program. Stipends may be awarded only to US citizens or permanent residents.

Applications must be submitted by April 1.
