Greetings! I hope you are well.

I am writing to let you know about a faculty position we are advertising at Wesleyan in transnational studies of science and technology, fully located in our science studies program. The position is a one-year, full-time visiting appointment, but we have been authorized to undertake a tenure-track search next year, and the visiting faculty member would certainly be eligible to apply for the permanent position. I have attached a full description of the position.

If you know of recent Ph.D.’s or others whom you think would be good candidates for the position, could you call the position to their attention, and let me know to be on the lookout for their applications?
