Dear Dr. Wilder,

We are very much interested in individuals with other-than-US/Western European backgrounds.  The Prep, while Jesuit, does not make being Catholic a requirement for employment, however candidates should make themselves familiar with the principles of the Jesuit educational tradition and Ignatian pedagogy (see the attached for resources).

Our school does not require an education degree or a state certification, but some teaching experience would definitely be a plus.
