Subject: [HASTS-fac] Fwd: Post-doctoral Fellowship in Paris "Bugs against
Pests"

RiTME (INRA Research Unit located in Paris) is seeking a 2-year postdoctoral
research fellow in sociology or anthropology. The successful candidate will
study the production of insects as an innovation.

He/she will do fieldwork on companies producing and supplying beneficial
insects. These companies are major actors of the success of alternative or
complementary strategies to the use of pesticides. They are not well known
and their role in the implementation of biological control in agriculture
seems to be underestimated. This post-doctoral research aims at gaining
knowledge on these companies and their activities.

Details about the position are to be found in the attached file.
Further information about RiTME is available at
http://www.paris.inra.fr/ritme_eng/
