4.  Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship Program seeks 
outstanding college sophmores who represent all

5. Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) A non profit and non 
partisan education organization provides a summer internship program which 
provides 30 undergraduates from across the country, including Puerto Rico, 
the opportunity to spend two months
in Washington, DC working for a member of Congress, getting a behind the 
scenes look at how the U.S. government functions.
