12/21 Monday update

Joe's back in the hospital, in Gainesville this time.  He's been weak  
and sleeping and not able to do much for days now.  Yesterday and  
today he was running a fever, so I took him to the VA. clinic  The doc  
there had said  to come into Urgent Care if he started running a  
fever.  After much waiting and talking to various people, he was  
admitted to the hospital for a few days to coordinate all his care.   
He's getting a CT scan as I type and is about to get an IV  
antibiotic.  We have our fingers crossed that he'll be out for  
Christmas.

He isn't feeling particularly bad, but he isn't thriving.  We both  
hope this'll solve the problems.
