[GSC Orientation]

Good Morning,

Hope everybody had a wonderful Labor Day Week-End. Yesterday's events were, 
again, very successful: the BBQ and the Night Out were really appreciated, 
as well as the Freedom Trial.
Today is Registration Day. Therefore: DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER your classes 
(typically, meet with your advisor, and then drop the registration form at 
Johnson Athletic Center).
Events for today are:

Tuesday, September 7 - Registration Day
4:30pm - 6pm          Grad School 101 (2/4) [Room 6-120] (Second session)
5:30pm - 9pm          Eastgate Back-to-School BBQ [Eastgate] (Eastgate's 
orientation event)
6pm - 7pm               Ice Cream Social [GSC Office Lobby, 50-220] (Free 
Ice-Cream!! One of the most popular event of Orientation.)
7pm - 8:30pm          LBGT Grad Student Welcome [Rainbow Lounge, 50-306] 
(Free food at the Rainbow Lounge with the graduate LBGT community... 
everybody welcome!)
8pm onwards           Off-Campus Pub Crawl [Departs Ashdown] (What a good 
way to spend your last hours of freedom before classes begin!!)
