1. Eataly Summer Block Party

Description: Join OCH at Eataly's Summer Block Party! Come enjoy the summer
with live music and tons of amazing Italian food! Entry is free so OCH will
pay for 3 food tickets per person ($15). Your food tickets will give you
access to their chefs' grilled plates, tasty pasta, savory sides, creamy

2. Sacco's Bowl Haven

Description: Join OCH for an evening of a New England-originating sport:
candlepin bowling! In contrast to the typical tenpin bowling style,
candlepin bowling involves small bowling balls and thinner 'candle' pins.
Sacco's Bowl Haven in Davis Square is also famous for its flatbread pizza.
OCH will cover the cost of lane rental for 2 hours, shoe rentals, and
flatbread. Sign up to enter the lottery.

3. Beginner Salsa Class with Salsa y Control
When: July 19th, 6-7pm

Description: Join OCH for a beginner's salsa class with Salsa y Control
(SyC) in Allston! SyC is one of the biggest dance companies in Boston with
multiple dance teams and also offers classes in Allston and Cambridge. The
classes are super easy to follow and will get you dancing in no time! Check

4. Cirque du Soleil Luzia!
When: Wednesday, July 25th, 8pm

Description: Join OCH for the incredible experience that is Cirque du
Soleil! "Luzia takes you to an imaginary Mexico, like in a waking dream,
where light (“luz” in Spanish) quenches the spirit and rain (“lluvia”)
soothes the soul. With a surrealistic series of grand visual surprises and
breathtaking acrobatic performances, Luzia cleverly brings to the stage
multiple places, faces and sounds of Mexico taken from both tradition and

Description:
What we do: The MIT iREFS group is a student group that provides peer
support for all graduate students across the Institute. Our mission is to
ensure graduate student wellness, especially in times of uncertainty,
stress and conflict.

Responsibilities: iREFS is comprised of graduate students trained in
conflict management by Conflict Management at MIT. They are available to have
confidential conversations, and can make informed referrals to other
resources and offices at MIT.

We are here to help and support YOU! Feel free to reach out to us at any
time, we would love to take you out for coffee/tea & hear what's going on
in your life!
