Looks like Spring is coming early this year! Hope everybody is enjoying the warm-ish sunshine and packing away the winter blues. Come celebrate the beginning of Spring with your fellow off campus grad students with events hosted by OCH.

4. DJ'd Hip Hop Yoga

Description: YogaWorks is hosting a live DJ for one of their famous hip hop yoga sessions! If you haven't been before, come fill out those getfit minutes, get disgusting sweaty, and rip your core to shreds (in the best way possible!). We'll be doing it together, so it will be slightly less demoralizing.

All are welcome. Yoga, as always, is self-paced so beginners can take the class as far as they want. The instructors are also great with modifications. The class runs from 12:15PM-1:45PM, but you will need to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and rent a mat, if you don't have one. There are changing rooms, lockers, and showers available.

Spots are limited. Sign-up is for a chance to get a spot. Only those
selected will be notified. Off-campus will cover the cost of the class ($15) and a mat rental if needed.
