[GSC-HCA-Offcampus] Woods Hole picnic - Saturday July 19

NOTE: Deadline is TONIGHT (7/17) at 5pm if you want to buy tickets

 Grad students in the MIT-WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography invite you to 
a summer picnic and beach day at the Quissett campus of the Woods Hole 
Oceanographic Institution (WHOI). Our picnic is open to the entire MIT 
Community and its guests! Grilled burgers and hot dogs (vegan options 
included), fruits and veggies, light snacks, and drinks will be provided.

*​​Where*: WHOI Quisset Campus Ballfield in Woods Hole, MA, within minutes 
by foot to volleyball and basketball courts, a softball and soccer field, 
and the beach!

*​​When*: 12-4 PM, Saturday, July 19. Chartered buses will depart 20 Ames 
Street (MIT Media Lab) at 10 AM, and leave WHOI at 4 PM to return to MIT by 
6 PM. No private transportation allowed. No refunds in case of bad weather; 
alternate activities will be planned.
