Dear fellow off-campus graduate students,

Kelsey and I have some events and announcements for you including an OC
first yoga session organized by a kind member of the off-campus community
As usual, agenda below and details after that.

I will graduate soon and Luke Jensen is taking over for me as off-campus
co-chair. I have had fun at events with you and learned a lot as off-campus
liaison to the GSC.

So long and thanks for all the fish.

Kevin

Description: Dear All,

I was able to meet with President Reif a couple weeks ago and discuss some
of the challenges I believe families face at MIT. He asked me to follow-up
our conversation with a letter summarizing our discussion, and to have
other families sign the letter if they agreed with me. I am planning to
send the attached letter to President Reif, the Chancellor, and Dean Ortiz
on Monday March 4th, with as many endorsements as I can get.

If you agree with the content of this letter, please email to me (
mghassem at mit.edu), and include your name, program and housing location
(Eastgate, Westgate, offcampus). If you'd feel comfortable, it would also
be nice to include your spouse/partner's name and the names of any children
you have.

Thanks,
