With orientation in full swing, there are a bunch of great events going 
on for the entire community.  In addition to the orientation events, we 
will be having an off-campus dinner next week; hope to see many of you 
there.

double day Ashdown/Sidney Pacific Brunch!


On Saturday, come to Ashdown where we will be promoting a healthy food 
menu by offering yogurt with crunchy granola and warm oatmeal topped 
with nuts, fruits, and spices in addition to your monthly favorites:  
muffins, sausages, eggs, croissants, home fries and all kinds of 
fruits.  If you are interested in volunteering at the Ashdown brunch,

On Sunday, join us at Sidney Pacific for our first brunch of the year 
where you can enjoy your favorite brunch dishes: from omelets, bacon, 
home made potatoes, muffin and cheese to your favorite fruit, all 
prepared for you by SP volunteers. Dean Ortiz, the Dean of Graduate 
Education will be serving food at the brunch so drop by and welcome her.

Both the brunches are green friendly so it's important to bring your own 
plates and utensils. You can help us cut down on the waste and have more 
food with your own plates!
