[GSC-HCA-Offcampus] Dinner invitation and event announcements

Dear Off-campus Grad Students,

We have a few announcements and events for you. Starting now, if you
sign-up for an off-campus event and you are put on the waiting list we will
notify you early next time so you can get a priority spot.

1. Dinner at ZA, Thursday Dec. 8, 7:30pm
2. Babysitting night at Eastgate, Dec. 10th, 5pm-8pm
3. SP Waffle Night Dec. 14th, 9-10:30pm
4. Dinner at Max Brenner in Boston, details TBD

Details for events are included after the body of the e-mail.

If you have an idea for an event or activity that you'd like to organize
and have us pay for, let us know! Is there a part of Boston, Cambridge and
environs that you think we should host an event in? Let us know that too.

Who: Off-campus residents (significant others welcome, please e-mail me so
I can get an accurate head-count)
What: Community building and sponsored dinner ($15/person, will not cover
alcohol)

3.SP Waffle Night
Location: SP Multipurpose Room (NW86)
When:    December 14, 2011 from 9-10:30 PM
Contact: sp-social-chair at mit.edu
Come enjoy some waffles night before finals. We will prepare different
types of waffle (regular, strawberry, and chocolate chip), with a variety
of fruit toppings (kiwis, strawberries, blackberries, bananas, and caramel
bananas). Syrup and whipped cream, and sides of sausage and bacon will be
served as well. Get some rest before finals hit and dont miss out!
