We'll be having an off-campus lunch at Penang in Boston!  Renowned for 
their Malaysian food, Penang is a favorite of people from all walks of 
life.  MIT grad students can attend and bring up to one guest by 
registering at http://offcampusbrunch0626.eventbrite.com.  Meals will be 
subsidized by the GSC Off-campus Subcommittee up to $15/person.

3. Week 3 of "WORLD CUP CENTRAL @ MIT" (presented by Edgerton House, 
Ashdown House, and the Warehouse) is here!  This is our weekly email 
announcement for the coming week's matches and events.

This week features the final games of the group stage, and the beginning 
of the knockout stage (Round 2).  There will be three special events 
this week:

* Friday 6/25, 10:00am-12:00pm: HOT BREAKFAST with BRAZIL v. PORTUGAL, 
in the Edgerton House Large Lounge (NW10). Food will be served at the 
start of the game.
* Saturday 6/26, 10:00am - 4:30pm: LUNCHEON DOUBLE-HEADER for the 2ND 
STAGE matches, in the Ashdown House Hulsizer Room (NW35).  Food served 
between the games.
* Sunday 6/27, 10:00am - 4:30pm: LUNCHEON DOUBLE-HEADER for the 2ND 
STAGE matches, in the Ashdown House Hulsizer Room (NW35)  Food served 
between the games.

As for the rest of the matches this week, many of them will be broadcast 
at the same time, so Edgerton and Ashdown will be screening matches in 
parallel! Please check the list below to see where each match is being

4. What: Sidney-Pacific Cultural Festival
When: June 26, 12:30PM - 4PM
Where: SP Multipurpose room

5. 4th of July is almost upon us! Come celebrate the tradition of 
America and of Ashdown in our courtyard (shine) or the Hulsizer Room 
(rain) from noon to 3 p.m. on July 4! There will be free food, music,
