1. Alumni Dinner Series (formerly Two Dollar Tuesday)
What: Informal Dinner with David Provost, President of the MIT Club of 
Boston
When: Wednesday, February 17, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Where: Morss Hall (1st Floor of Walker Memorial)

- Hear David Provost (Director of his own consulting company and 
President of the MIT Club of Boston) talk about lessons learned after 
Sloan, as well as the wide array of services offered by the MIT Club
- The Alumni Dinner Series provides an informal opportunity to hear from 
and network with local MIT alumni
- Enjoy a delicious catered dinner from Picante Mexican Restaurant
- Tickets for the dinner only cost $2 for MIT graduate students and up 
to one guest
- There are no refunds if you cancel and/or do not show up, and food is 
not guaranteed after 6:30 PM.
- Children are welcome at the event and don't need a ticket, so bring 
them along

2. The next Ashdown brunch is coming up. It will be on Sunday Feb 21, 
2010 in the Hulsizer room at 12:00 pm. It is sponsored by the Office of 
the Dean for Graduate Education. Don't miss out the chance to enjoy a 
warm breakfast and get you daily servings of fruits in. Please bring 
your own utensils to help us cut down on the waste. There will be a 
raffle with prizes for those who do.

3. Event Details: Occasional & Date Night Care Event
Date: Thursday, February 25th
Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Location: 10-105

Are you looking for occasional day, night or weekend childcare help or a 
childcare position?

We invite parents to connect with pre-screened and reference checked 
caregivers and caregivers to connect with parents ready to hire at our 
February 25th Personally Paired Occasional & Date Night Care event. This 
event is for anyone looking for or able to provide occasional or date 
night care in or around the Boston/Cambridge area.

Parents will leave the event with a Personally Paired Portfolio complete 
with resumes, contact information and availability calendars of the 
caregivers at the event as well as helpful childcare hiring tips. 
Caregivers will leave the event with connections and job leads.

A limited number of $10 subsidized MIT graduate student tickets are also 
available and can be purchased by contacting Jennifer Recklet at 
reck at med.mit.edu or 617-253-1614. These tickets must be purchased by 
Thursday, February 18th.

Caregivers are FREE but must apply on our website's Event Page at 
http://www.personallypaired.com in order to be invited to attend.
