Hi Off-Campus Grads,

Happy Last Day of Classes!  This means the term is nearing an end.  What 
better way to celebrate than a subsidized brunch with fellow off-campus 
grads. This Sunday, we will be holding a brunch at the Midwest Grill. Be 
sure to RSVP quickly if you'd like to attend as the brunches fill fast.

2. Spouses&Partners Annual Holiday Party
Friday December 11
4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Eastgate Penthouse
Join us as we celebrate the end of the semester and the holiday season! 
Please bring your whole family and a sweet or savory snack to share. If 
you would like to participate in the holiday "grab bag", please bring a 
wrapped, unlabeled gift (value under $5). Children and spouses welcome!

3. The Parking and Transportation Office will once again provide shuttle 
service to Logan Airport for the Winter Break.   Shuttles will be 
available from Wednesday, December 16 through Saturday, December 19. 
Advance reservations are required.

A link to the Reservation Form can be found on 
http://web.mit.edu/facilities .Please visit the Parking and 
Transportation Office web site for details and shuttle availability. The 
shuttle fee is $10.00.  All reservations will be processed via the web 
site and the shuttle fee will be billed to student bursar accounts or 
via employee payroll deductions.

Shuttles will depart from the Kresge parking lot at the scheduled time 
and will not wait for late arriving passengers.  Normal trip time from 
MIT to Logan Airport is about a half-hour, but please allow up to one 
hour for this trip.  Traffic, construction and Airport Security delays 
should be expected.
