Hi,
Please pass this on to any students who might be interested.
thank you!
Are you living off campus, or returning to campus this Spring and
interested in On-Campus Housing?
MIT Graduate & Family Housing has opportunities for students to move
to campus this spring. Fully registered graduate students who move
into on-campus housing this winter and spring will be allowed to stay
in their assignment through the 2008-2009 school year, as long as
they remain fully registered graduate students. Other MIT
Affiliates who wish to live on campus may apply for on-campus
housing, but may only stay until August 15, 2008.
Most vacancies are available for early February move-in.
Available options for single men and women include (but are not
limited to) rooms in:
Unfurnished Edgerton 2-bedroom apartments
Furnished:
Sidney-Pacific efficiencies
Sidney-Pacific 2-bedroom suites
Tang 4-bedroom apartments
Ashdown Doubles and Deluxe Doubles (shared bedrooms)
Options for families include (but are not limited to) rooms in:
Westgate Efficiencies (2 people only)
Rents, and details about the apartments are available at
http://web.mit.edu/housing/grad/residences.html
All rents include heat, hot water, electricity, internet and basic
cable tv. There is also access to laundry facilities, community
spaces and the MIT Shuttles.
If this sounds like a good option for you, please fill out the
waiting list form. If we have an opening that matches your
preferences, the Housing Office will send you email with an offer.
If you do not hear from us immediately, you may remain on the
waiting list indefinitely, by re-confirming your position every 2
weeks. We continue to get vacancies in all buildings throughout the
spring term.

Please note, the waiting list is only for those who do not currently
have a spring term assignment in MIT Housing.
