[Gsc-hca-offcampus] Summary of mailman changes on GSC HCA lists

In an effort to combat the spam problem, we transitioned this mailing 
list to mailman from moira at the beginning of August.  We have 
attempted to make this transition as seamless as possible with as few 
visible changes as necessary.  We would like to share with you some 
important information about the list:

   * Non-members may not post to the list any more.  They must first
     join at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo
   * Mailman offers *much* more extensive user customizations,
     accessible at the bottom of
     http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/gsc-hca-all
   * All emails to the list are publicly archived at
     http://mailman.mit.edu/pipermail/gsc-hca-all/
   * Emails that look really spammy are automatically rejected
   * Users may easily unsubscribe themselves at:
     http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/gsc-hca-all

If the spam levels rise again, we'll convert the list to a 
fully-moderated one where all postings must be explicitly approved.
