Hi HCA members,

Here are some of the main points from our last meeting:

  *   HCA membership:

  *   GSC & Graduate Dorms Guide:
     *   Here<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bvafh4WGJiWAGuXY-pJQ6OjVlSXBPBajp7qzkqbqdaA/edit?usp=sharing> is a draft of the guide for dorms (thanks to Naomi, Alex, and Peter). Please give your feedback/comments on this so that it has all of the information relevant for your executive teams, and is a useful guide on how to interface with GSC when you all transition.
  *   Bylaws:
     *   I'll send out the updated bylaws soon and we'll vote on them next time.
  *   Washlava:
     *   If you have feedback/experiences with the system, you can share them with me. Also, if you encounter system issues/lose money, let housing know (cc'ing Naomi Carton) and it should be sorted out.
  *   Stipends:
     *   We'll gather the stipend recommendation team soon. If you know people who are interested, point them my way!
  *   Clothing bins
     *   Sustainability will have clothing bins in the grad dorms, look out for an email from them!

Our next meeting will be Wednesday December 11th at 6 PM in 50-220. We'll have the Committee on Campus Planning talk about their role in the campus planning process and field questions from you all.
