[Gsc-hca-family] [Gsc-hca-all] [GSC HCA] Please hold 5:30 PM on April 24th for a special HCA Election Meeting

Hi all,

We'll make another attempt at electing HCA chairs on Tuesday, April 24th at
5:30 in the GSC Office (unfortunately not over dinner).

If we don't have any confirmed candidates by the night of April 23rd, we'll
push back the meeting. Hopefully it won't come to that.
