Hi HCA folks,

We're still working on the final details of the agenda, but I wanted to
make sure you had some warning that our next HCA meeting will be this
coming Monday (October 23rd) from 5:30 to 7PM.

Possible topics of discussion include:

   - Going through the Grad Housing Working Group report.
      - Discussing possible ramifications for graduate students on- and
      off-campus.
      - Coordinating student responses.
      - Launch/Advertisement plan for Cost-of-Living Survey.
   - Updates from various Institute Committees.
   - Extended updates from subcommittees.
   - Brainstorming ways to make HCA more effective/impactful.

If you have strong feelings about any of these, or other topics that you'd
like to bring up, let us know and we'll craft the agenda accordingly.
