*The secret to great relationships*: a talk by Annelies Richmond
"Sleep, friends, work: choose two." Heard this before? But you can choose
three!
MIT is known for being the firehose, but when the problem sets fade, it's
*who* you're drinking from the hose with that'll stay with you. RSVP for an
interactive and experiential session on how mindfulness and a few other
techniques can help you build great relationships!

*Speaker: *Annelies is Director Emeritus of YesPLus Programs, USA for the
volunteer-based humanitarian and educational NGO, Art of Living Foundation.
A ballet dancer by training, Annelies has worked with college students
since 2000 to help them have happier more fulfilling lives through yoga,
meditation, service, and leadership programs.
