[Gsc-hca-family] [Gsc-hca-all] HCA meeting Monday

HCA:

We have received several requests to respect the institute holiday, and
have therefore decided to move the HCA meeting to Monday Feb 24th at 6 pm
in 50-220. An announcement will come out in the anno with the new time, and
we will also send a reminder.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and hope that this new date
works better for the majority of students.
