[Gsc-hca-family] Scheduling Family Subcommittee meetings for Oct, Nov and Dec 2013

Hi everyone!

Please fill in your availability in the poll (http://doodle.com/2ir7mbxwiqeg8ci3). I hope we will be able to tentatively schedule all the monthly meetings for this fall. The meeting location will alternate between Eastgate and Westgate, and as the last meeting took place in Eastgate, the next one will take place in Westgate, etc. Please remember that our meetings are child-friendly; dinner is provided and children can play in the playroom with a babysitter! Feel free to share the poll with anyone who would be interested in advocating on behalf of MIT families.
