[Gsc-hca-family] Meeting with president reif re: support for families

I requested time with president Reif through his new office hours progam to
share my thoughts (not representing this group in any way) regarding the
lack of support for grad students (and post-docs) with families. I was just
informed that my time slot was scheduled for january 3 at 3:45pm. I am
going to be away then and was told I couldn't get another spot until the
fall semester. I gather from our meetings that I am not the only person
with such concerns andwould rather not lose the opportunity or wait so long
to discuss it with him, so would anybody in this group be interested in
going in my place? If so, I will see if that's possible. If not, it will
have to wait until the fall.
