[Gsc-hca-family] [Gsc-hca-all] Reminder - Housing & Community Affairs Elections TUESDAY April 12th @ 6pm

[GSC HCA]

Dear HCA Committee, Dorm Officers, and Department Reps,

  The Housing and Community Affairs (HCA) Election meeting will be Tuesday,
April 12th at 6pm in the GSC office (50-220).  At the meeting we will elect
the two new HCA co-chairs who will carry on the task of graduate student
advocacy for the upcoming year.

  Because these two chairs will be representing your student groups and the
entire graduate student body, it is important that you attend this meeting
to help select our new chairs.  We understand that many of you are
also transitioning out of your roles for the year, but we ask you to please
attend the meeting as opposed to sending in your replacements (although they
are of course invited and encouraged to attend).

  Please keep in mind that you are eligible to vote in this election if you
have attended at least one HCA meeting in the last year (April 2010-March
2011).

  As always, dinner will be provided.  Looking forward to seeing you all
then.
