[Gsc-hca-family] [Gsc-hca-all] GSC Housing and Community Affairs meeting, Wednesday 10/14

Dear HCA committee, dorm officers, and department reps,

The next GSC Housing and Community Affairs (HCA) committee meeting will be
held this Wednesday, October 14th at 6pm in the GSC office (50-220).

The HCA committee deals with a wide range of student life issues at MIT such
as housing, residential life, transportation, families, health, dental
insurance, stipends, cost of living and other policy issues. It is the
advocacy group of the MIT graduate student government.  Those who are
interested in policy issues are encouraged to attend and participate in our
monthly meetings.

We strongly encourage dorm officers and any interested department reps to
attend this meeting.  As always, dinner will be provided.  We will be
discussing updates on the dental plan (survey results are in!),
transportation (proposed changes to EZ Ride routes and service), the
educational outreach subcommittee, and MIT's preparation for flu season and
H1N1.  If you have any other items you'd like to add to the agenda, just
shoot me an email by Wednesday.
