[Gsc-hca-family] [Gsc-hca-all] GSC Housing and Community Affairs Meeting - Wed. 12/9, 6pm

Dear HCA committee, dorm officers, and department reps,

The next GSC Housing and Community Affairs (HCA) committee meeting
will be held this Wednesday, December 9th at 6pm in the GSC office
(50-220).  We strongly encourage dorm officers and any interested
department reps to attend this meeting.  As always, dinner will be
provided.

The following items will be on Wednesday's agenda:
1) Graduate student cost of living (COL):
    - We will discuss our COL calculations for this year and how it
will impact our stipend recommendation to the Deans Group this year.
2) Transportation updates:
    - We will have a follow-up discussion of the recent NW shuttle/EZ
Ride informational meeting.
3) Dental updates:
    - We will discuss the DeltaCare option as a potential replacement
for the current PPO Value Plan, and share the results of the dental
focus group (coming up this Monday).

If you have any other items you'd like to add to the agenda, please
send them to me by Wednesday.
